Coming from a family with deep roots in property investment, event venues, and a jewelry business spanning over 50 years, I bring firsthand insight into market trends and investment strategy to every transaction. Working with Arman was an absolute pleasure. I wrote an offer on his Glendale home for sale and I immediate got a response and a counter in a timely manner. He had all the seller disclosures ready to go and even a couple of reports. He negotiated for his clients in a respectable manner and we were able to make sure both sides were really happy with the sale.
